Keyshia Cole says Gucci Mane is lying through his teeth

So yeah, y'know how Gucci Mane dropped his new diss track, 'Truth' yesterday going at Young Jeezy, and on it he had a verse implying Keyshia Cole and Puffy were getting it in on the side while she was dating Jeezy.

Keyshia Cole says it ain't so, even going so far as hinting she might bring her legal team into the mix to clear her good name:

Bleu DaVinci drops new Young Jeezy diss song, 'Got Right'

It's just not Young Jeezy's year. Remember that B.M.F. 'Black Mafia Family' Jeezy rode so hard for back when Rick Ross was name-dropping them? (Click here if you missed that.)

Yeah, well now a member of that same crew just dropped a diss track going at Jeezy, and he even got BMF head honcho Big Meech to lend a few words to the occasion:

Gunplay calls in to the Breakfast Club, speaks on fight with 50 Cent/G-Unit

Gucci Mane drops new Young Jeezy diss track, 'Truth'

In it he goes into a lot more depth on his past beef with Jeezy as well as addressing comments made by da Snowman in his recent interview. He also drops bars intimating that while Young Jeezy was dating Keyshia Cole she was stepping out on him with another big name in the rap industry:

Young Jeezy talks about his fight with Rick Ross

Young Jeezy recently sat down with Big Boy on his 'Big Boy's Neighborhood' radio show to talk about his altercation with Rick Ross at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards.

He also had some choice words for fellow ATL trap rapper, Gucci Mane after Gucci's recent Breakfast Club interview. And I quote: "Everybody know that boy retarded, man. Don't nobody take him serious."

50 Cent gets into Twitter beef with French Montana

Bad Boy rapper French Montana recently sat down with Complex magazine to talk about his hit single, 'Pop That' but what really got people talking was his opinions on beef in the world of Hip Hop.

French says artists should avoid beef at all costs and y'know, just as a f'rinstance he talked about how staying in beef practically destroyed 50 Cent's career. And if you know anything about Fiddy, once word got back to him Mr. Jackson was not amused:

Gucci Mane sits down with The Breakfast Club, speaks on Rick Ross, Young Jeezy fight

Just when you thought the Gucci Mane/Young Jeezy beef had ran its course, Gucci went to Power 105's 'The Breakfast Club' show and threw a little bit more gasoline on the fire:

50 Cent, G-Unit get into brawl with MMG rapper Gunplay [Video]

Not to be outdone by Rick Ross and Young Jeezy's backstage brawl at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards, 50 Cent, Tony Yayo and assorted G-Unit cohorts ran into MMG rapper Gunplay at the same show. Since 50 is currently beefing with Gunplay, they all sat down over tea and talked it out like nice, modern gentlemen.

Nahh, i'm just f---in' with you, you know it went down:

DJ Drama breaks down what happened during the Rick Ross/Young Jeezy fight

Rick Ross and Young Jeezy fight it out at 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards [Video]

Big news out of the BET Hip Hop Awards last Sunday, where rappers Young Jeezy and Rick Ross, who've been beefing for quite awhile (Click here for more on that) finally got their face to face. Reportedly, once the two were in the same room together it did not take long before they came to blows:

DMX responds to Fredro Starr

DMX can dish it, but can he take it?

Guess we're all about to find out. We all watched in a mixture of fascination and horror as X unloaded on YMCMB artist Drake, (Click here and here if you missed that) but recently Fredro Starr, a member of hip hop crew, Onyx, spat a freestyle where he took some shots of his own at the Dark Man.

Roscoe Dash talks about his Twitter rant on MTV News

After taking to Twitter to complain about not being credited for music he did for others, Roscoe Dash recently sat down with MTV News to explain himself:

Roscoe Dash airs out Kanye West, Wale, says he wasn't credited for helping write their hits

Roscoe Dash recently took to Twitter to call out Kanye West and MMG artist Wale, claiming both of them took songs he had a large hand in creating, songs that went on to become big hits, without giving him an ounce of credit for them.

And oh yeah, somewhere along the line Meek Mill got involved.

What does this picture of 50 Cent and Manny Pacquiao...

... have to tell us about the status of Fiddy's friendship with Floyd Mayweather, avowed enemy of Pacquiao?

Shyne puts Diddy on blast with new single, 'You're Welcome'

Looks like Shyne Po and Diddy still have some unresolved issues behind that whole club shooting incident and Shyne's taking the rap for it all.

Timbaland and Missy Elliott speak on the Drake/Aaliyah controversy

Super-producer Timbo and Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott recently sat down with Angie Martinez over at HOT 97 to straighten out some of the confusion over Drake producing Aaliyah's next album, and their possible involvement with the project, if any.

As it turns out, they haven't even spoken to the Canadian rapper and it's all news to them:

Hopsin throwing shots at Lil Wayne, Drake, Soulja Boy and more.

Looks like the XXL 2012 Freshmen class is eager to make a name for themselves. First there was 2012 Freshman Azealia Banks' beef with Iggy Azalea (Click here if you missed that) and now in Hopsin's single, 'Sag My Pants' he drops bars aimed at stars like Lil Wayne, Drake, Lupe Fiasco and Soulja Boy:

Well, I don't know who YOU thought J. Cole was going at...

... but this new diss track from Diggy going at Cole tells us he might have some idea.

Who is J. Cole firing shots at?

Recently at a Kendrick Lamar show he surprised the audience by bringing out J. Cole as a surprise guest. During his spot Cole stopped to drop a freestyle where he aimed some cryptic bars at... well... someone.

Gee, I wonder who could it be? It's Diggy Simmons. *Sigh* It's ALWAYS Diggy Simmons:

Pusha T not impressed with Lil Wayne's new mixtape.

About The Dedication 4:
It wasn't that good... Nicki [Minaj] got off though, she got busy.
About Young Money and the origins of his beef with Lil Wayne:

Pusha T: "We don't give a f--- what Drake says."

If you thought the subliminal war of the words between Pusha T and Drake was over, think again. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine your friendly neighborhood pusha made it very clear he's got a pocketful of f---s and isn't giving any of them for anything Drake has to say:

Yea, about that Lupe Fiasco/Chief Keef beef...

Recently Lupe Fiasco sat down with SOHH to share his thoughts on the Chicago music scene, as well as the recent spike in violent crime that has been plaguing the city. When asked his thoughts on Chicago newcomers like Rockie Fresh and Chief Keef, Lupe responded frankly, "Chief Keef scares me.":

DMX is still not done with Drake

If you thought DMX had some ill stuff to say about YMCMB rapper Drake before, you ain't heard nothin' yet:

50 Cent says there's no point in trying to patch things up with Fat Joe, Rick Ross

During a recent appearance on Rickey Smiley's morning show, 50 was asked if the death of his former mentor/manager, Chris Lighty, might lead to him possibly squashing some of his ongoing feuds with guys like Fat Joe, Young Buck and Rick Ross.

Fiddy says he'd much rather just move forward and not even worry about it:

DMX on Drake: "[I wish I could] catch him in a elevator, beat him up... Let him know, 'It's real, son.'"

The last time we heard from DMX about Drake he was speaking with the Breakfast Crew, telling them he didn't care for the Toronto MC. (Click here if you missed that.)

At the time we here at the Beef Blog didn't think there was much to it, just X being his usual brutally honest self. However, during his most recent visit with the BC crew, when asked what he thought about the news that Drake would be executive producing the late Aaliyah's new album, X had some much harsher words for Drizzy:

Chris Brown and Drake get into fight over Rihanna at NY nightclub [Video]

Chris Brown and Drake were both partying in New York's WIP club recently. With their recent Twitter dust-up over Rihanna still fresh in their minds (click here if you missed that), witnesses say Chris Breezy sent a bottle of champagne to Drake's table. Drake allegedly sent back a not-so-nice reply to the gesture that kicked off a huge club brawl:

Nicki Minaj's boyfriend calls out Peter Rosenberg

Nicki Minaj's boyfriend/hypeman Safaree recently took to Twitter to address the whole Nicki/Peter Rosenberg/ Funkmaster Flex beef, and he had some tough words for Mr. Rosenberg.

If we here at the Beef Blog might be allowed to paraphrase, *ahem* "Don't let me catch that ass out in the street":

Peter Rosenberg responds to Nicki Minaj: "I will never apologize."

Big Sean speaks on Pusha T/Lil Wayne, Drake beef

I think beef is weak, crack is wack... so I don't encourage that. [I'm cool with Lil Wayne], i'm cool with Pusha T, i'm cool with everybody. The thing is, people gotta understand ain't no point in beefin'; we got families to take care of, we got moms to take care of. I ain't about to be over here arguing with nobody.
Props to SwaysUniverse.com.

Nicki Minaj calls in to Funkmaster Flex to address Summer Jam incident

The self-proclaimed "Harajuku Barbie" recently phoned in to Funkmaster's Flex's show on HOT 97 to give her side of the story on Peter Rosenberg and Flex himself trashing her at Summer Jam:

Lil Wayne throwing shots at Pusha T on new track?

Gunplay ft. Lil Wayne - 'Banana Clips'

The title of this track pretty much gave away that Wayne would have at least a few shots for Pusha T enclosed. (Clips, Clipse, get it?) He doesn't disappoint, with bars like:
I come through with them twin glocks,
And kill you and the n---a you was born with.
B---h i'm still the best rapper.
I got bars like phone strength.

HOT 97's Peter Rosenberg and Funkmaster Flex go at Nicki Minaj at Summer Jam

This year at HOT 97's popular Summer Jam concert, HOT 97 DJ Peter Rosenberg was feeling some type of way about, well, either commercial artists in general or Nicki Minaj in particular. Either way, he had this to say about the YMCMB emcee:

...1. See, didn't I tell you? Chris Brown responds to Brian McKnight.

Knew that wouldn't take long. Chris Breezy gets at Bryan McKnight for talking greasy about him on Twitter.

Brian McKnight comes for Chris Brown, Floyd Mayweather, R. Kelly?

Brian McKnight is fed up with all the negative feedback he's getting just because he might've made an X-rated song or two. He feels there's much more serious stuff wrong with society that people should be getting worked up about. In fact, he's so convinced that you should be worried about other stuff he's willing to throw salt at Chris Brown, Floyd Mayweather and R. Kelly to prove it.

Pete Rock extends olive branch to Lupe Fiasco after Twitter beef

Pete Rock recently sat down with Sway to talk about his upcoming album, as well as plans to tour with DJ Premier. When asked about his altercation with Lupe he had this to say:

Floyd Mayweather turns himself in for jail sentence, 50 Cent stands by his side

After reports that 50 Cent and his friend, Floyd "Money" Mayweather had gotten into a knockdown, drag-out brawl at a Vegas steakhouse (click here if you missed that) many were wondering if things were still good between the two, or even if they were still friends.

However, when Floyd recently turned himself in to serve an 87-day sentence for domestic abuse his rolldog 50 was right there with him, showing his support:

Young Money president, Mack Maine says Pusha T is a gnat buzzing in Lil Wayne's ear

Young Money president Mack Maine recently sat down with MTV to talk about Lil Wayne's upcoming album, 'I Am Not A Human Being 2' and its first single, 'My Homies Still' featuring G.O.O.D. Music artist, Big Sean:

Seeing as how Sean's G.O.O.D. Music labelmate, Pusha T is currently beefing with the camp right now, of course the conversation eventually got around to that. Well, Mack says sometimes, when an insect gets in your face you gotta swat it away:

Rapper Shawnna speaks on the feud between Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim

Former "Disturbin' Tha Peace" artist Shawnna, the voice behind the hit, "Gettin' Some", recently sat down with Sway to talk about females beefing in rap. Shawnna says the ladies in the game have got to come together and support, and not hate on one another:

Props theYBF.com.

Was the 50 Cent/Floyd Mayweather Fight all a Prank?

Or is this just Floyd Mayweather's attempt to defuse the situation. Either way, this is what Money May recently posted on his Twitter page:

50's Twitter page, however, is still oddly mum on the whole incident.

50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather fight it out in Vegas

Streets is talking about 50 Cent and his "Money Team" compatriot Floyd "Money" Mayweather, and how they came to blows a couple nights ago at a Las Vegas steakhouse. DJ Freddy Fred took to Twitter to tell people all about it:

What's good with 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks?

Not much, apparently. According to Fif he and fellow G-Unit rolly, Banks haven't had words in over 9 months. Check out this interview 50 had with Big Boy on his Big Boy's Neighborhood radio show to hear all about it.

Props RealTalk NY.

Is Fabolous taking shots at Drake?

On Fab's recent 'There Is No Competition 3' mixtape he put out a track called, 'Lord Knows'.

On it there were a few bars that, y'know, if you tilt your head to the side and squint a little bit, might just look like he was getting at Young Money rapper Drake:

Drake to the rescue

Young Jeezy artist, Freddie Gibbs preparing to go at Rick Ross?

Young Jeezy and Rick Ross' beef seems to be spilling over the sides, getting the lieutenants and generals on the team involved.

Freddie Gibbs, signed to Jeezy's 'C.T.E.' recently did an interview with MTV UK to promote a show there. When asked about the Jeezy/Ross beef, Gibbs promised that on his upcoming mixtape he would get at all the people talking reckless about the camp:

Pusha T drops video for 'Exodus 23:1'

Sh-- just got real, y'all.
More beef to come.

J. Cole talks about his beef with Diggy Simmons

For those of you who don't know, this vid will teach you everything you need to know to get caught up on the Diggy Simmons/J.Cole beef.

All caught up? Good. J. Cole recently sat down with DJ Drama to elaborate further on his war of the words with Rev Run's son:

Now, about that Lupe Fiasco/Pete Rock beef

A'ite ya'll, I know i've been too caught up with the whole Pusha T/Wayne situation to cover this like I should, but let's talk about the feud between Lupe Fiasco and hip hop legend, Pete Rock.

It all started when Lupe dropped a song called 'Freedom Ain't Free' sampling Rock's own 'T.R.O.Y.'

(Lupe Fiasco- 'Freedom Ain't Free')

(Pete Rock and CL Smoove- 'T.R.O.Y.')

Pete Rock started getting at Lupe over Twitter, calling the song wack and complaining about the lack of originality in hip hop today:

Producer Young Chop has beef with Pusha T

Up-and-coming producer, Young Chop has a bone to pick with everybody's favorite "pusha".

One fan's reaction to the Lil Wayne/Pusha T beef

Dude's accent is so thick you can cut it with a knife, so you'll probably have to rewind a couple times to catch everything, but trust me you need to see this.

Is Pusha T getting ready to 'Ether' Lil Wayne?

Word around the block is Pusha T is supposedly planning to drop a heavyweight new diss record on Lil Wayne. And allegedly he's recruiting a very high profile guest star to do it with.

What's up with Young Jeezy and Rick Ross?

Maybach Music Boss, Rick Ross and C.T.E. head honcho, Young Jeezy haven't exactly been on the best of terms lately. The beginnings of this beef started back in 2010 when Rick Ross put out 'B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)' for his 'Teflon Don' album.

Ross's boasts of, "I think i'm Big Meech, Larry Hoover, whippin' work, hallelujah..." must've disturbed Jeezy, who knows the "Black Mafia Family" the song is based on personally. Allegedly he took exception to Ross's name-dropping so he released his own version of the song called 'Death Before Dishonor', where he seemed to take a few shots at the MMG "bawse":

Twitterverse reacts to Lil Wayne, Drake vs. Pusha T beef

To start things off, we'll see what Pusha's brother 'NoMalice' (Formerly known as Malice, but changed his name after he "found the Lord") has to say about it:
