Hip Hop elder statesman and Brand Nubian member Lord Jamar recently sat down for an interview with VLADTV. During the interview Vlad questioned him about the Meek Mill/Drake beef, to which Jamar had this to say:

Drake went to town on him, ghost writer or no. Yeah, I think Meek made a bad move by gettin' a little emotional that the homey didn't tweet his f---in' album out and all that bullsh--. Tried to make him look bad but the tables turned real fast.Around 6:12 Vlad asks him who he thinks won the battle and Jamar doesn't hesitate:
You even have to ask? Drake. The sh-- that Meek Mill produced was laughable. Like I couldn't even understand what the f--- he was sayin', he sounded like he was mumblin'.... And I like Meek Mill... he seem like more of a street type of dude... but that being said, I gotta call a spade a spade and Drake f---ed him up on this one.
Like the sh-- that [Meek] replied with, was almost like, how the n---as you was around let you put that out. You must have mad 'yes' men around you. Why would you even talk about [how much money you have]. You ain't got the type of paper this guy... you ain't got as many hits as him so you can't have that type of paper... Why would you even mention money?
